Todd Crippen is the CEO and Founder of Turnkey Property Group. Todd graduated from Kansas State University in 2012 with a B.S. in Advertising with an outside concentration in Business Marketing. He received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2015. While attending OCU Law, Todd focused his education on real estate and earned a Certificate in Real Estate Law Practice. During this process, real estate became his true passion.

Todd began his career at KC Metro Homes, a family business, in early 2016. His achievements while at KC Metro Homes led him to be recognized by Ingram’s Business Magazine as one of the 2017 20 in their Twenties Class, which spotlights young entrepreneurs and executives who are setting standards of excellence for their organizations.

Outside of work, Todd is a fanatic of books, music, and film. He enjoys cooking with his wife and spending time with friends and family.

Grayson Gladdish, Turnkey Property Group

Grayson Gladish is the Operations Manager at Turnkey Property Group. He was born and raised in Alabama before moving to Kansas City in 2021 with his wife, Rebecca, and their many pets.

He received a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry with a minor in German from Auburn University. He has spent the last few years in the agriculture business, specializing in the production of flowering plants.

Grayson has spent his life travelling all over the world, his favorite place being Austria, which is coincidentally where he met Rebecca while they were both studying abroad from Auburn. He is excited to be working with such a diverse and wonderful set of clients that Turnkey Property Group has the honor of having.

In his spare time, Grayson enjoys watching sports (Go Chiefs!), woodworking and is an extensive reader with his favorite topics ranging from Norse mythology, history, and fantasy.

Randi Hobbs, Turnkey Property Group Listing Agent

Randi Hobbs is the Leasing Agent at Turnkey Property Group. Randi is a Kansas City native that entered the real estate industry after a long and successful career as the Director of Credit and Collections/Mergers and Acquisitions with Carter Energy Corporation.

Randi loves Kansas City and all it has to offer. You can find her enjoying live music when she is not working. "We are so blessed in Kansas City to have musicians who love making music. It's good for the soul." She is a high-energy, positive person determined to find the right home for her clients and TPG's tenants.

Her greatest passion is her children and grandchildren. She added the title "GiGi" in 2020 and says it is her best role to date!
